New Alchemy provides a simple approach to the world of counterfeit and trademark infringements. The overall package of support is really good, with minimal effort, an easy customer portal, clear communication, and no costs involved for the client.

My main concern about signing up with New Alchemy was that I couldn’t find any downsides…which caused some doubt in my mind. After many conversations with our Brand, Legal and Commercial teams about the business model, and after talking with existing customers of NA we decided to move forward.

The pre-work done by the team is so clean, I have no concern that we’re taking action against a genuine seller and damaging someone’s business. I’m very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of the team.

I’m confident that this program is reducing counterfeit products and in turn protecting our brand health. As we move forward this will naturally lead to an increase in sales of genuine products.
